What to Expect
When you contact us, we'll give you a firm price based on your property type and size, no hidden extras. We'll arrange an appointment at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends. The on-site assessment takes 30–60 minutes (shorter for apartments, longer for larger houses). Your BER certificate and advisory report are emailed to you promptly after the assessment. Everything is handled by one person. Justin, from first call to final certificate.
